Band Rules

1. Hostile/violent language and/or behavior is not accepted nor will be tolerated towards staff, parents/ guardians and children on the parade route or at the grounds of the Brooklyn Museum. 

2. Parents/Guardians must accompany and supervise their child(ren) throughout the parade route, the museum grounds and the surrounding areas at all times. (Ex: Public facilities, bathrooms, etc.)

4. Only 1 parent/guardian can enter the Brooklyn Museum grounds with the band. The other parent/guardian will have to enter the Brooklyn Museum grounds from the Eastern Parkway entrance. A ticket purchase is required for entrance. It would be best to purchase the ticket in advance for faster entry. Once they enter the museum grounds, they can rejoin the band. Children 12 and under are free. ANYONE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE MUSEUM.

6. Masqueraders along with their parent/guardian that will be on the parade route and museum grounds with the Soca Royals Mas band may be photographed and/or filmed. All photos and video footage will be used in the present and/or future time for advertising and promotional purposes only.
